1. A reference of your own on each line

Every line of an order now carries a reference field of your own — a purchase order line, a job number, whatever you already use to track it.

Type it into the order grid, or bring it in as a column when you import from Excel. It travels with the order into AutoCount, so the reference you filed it under is the one your team sees there.
